Proudly we present to you our own large vegetable garden and fruit orchard, where we produce 70% of what is used at the Maquenque Eco Lodge restaurant. Our gardeners cultivate the plants with lots of understanding and affection.
Vegetable and fruits we grow include: bananas, limes, tangerines, papaya, basil, starfruit, cilantro, sweet peepers, palm hearts, plantains, tomatoes, yucca and many more!
