With great pride we expose the privilege of being able to have our garden and crops where we produce 70% of what is used in the Maquenque Eco Lodge restaurant. Our gardeners cultivate the plants with great delicacy, the necessary products to obtain them 100% organic.

The vegetables and fruits we grow include bananas, limes, tangerines, papaya, basil, carambola, cocoa, coriander, sweet pine nuts, hearts of palm, tomatoes, yucca and many more!

The main focus of our organic garden is to ensure the freshness of the ingredients, but also to ensure that no chemicals are used in the cultivation. The result is a richer, healthier, and more natural meal.
